Participated in all major project Hazop study, SHE review, Constructability Review, preparation of commissioning & pre-commissioning plans & PSSR walk thro.
Participated in Detail Engineering, Project management, Planning & Scheduling of High-pressure LDPE debottlenecking project (revamping of Reciprocating compressor 12pk/2 having discharge pressure 3000 bar supplied by Nuovo Pignone, modification / installation of high-pressure piping & valves)
Having experience of working with world’s leading EPC consultants like M/s. ABB Lummus, M/s Technip & Specialist M/s GE(Nuo Pignone)
Expertise in Software planning tool-Primavera, MS project, SAPR3 & Microsoft access
Planning of various expansions projects in Primavera, MS Project & SAPR3.
Integration & scheduling of various operation activities (shut off & start up) along with expansions project activities (mechanical, instrumentation, electrical) in Primavera.
Generation of ‘S’ Curves & progress reports indicating criticality & highlighting priority to appreciate management regarding project progress.
Generation of Job cards for execution of jobs from Microsoft access by exporting data from Primavera.

Involved in Project management, Planning / Scheduling for 3600 million IRS TDI Project. Also acquainted with Design calculations & International standards/codes & practices like ASTM, ASME, ANSI, TEMA, API, etc. for Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Pumps & piping & Participated in HAZOP.
Involved in commissioning of 3600 million IRS TDI Group of plants by co-coordinating different project commissioning activities. Also implementing de-bottlenecking projects & sorting various problems in commissioning of rotary equipment (Centrifugal pumps, Blowers, Vacuum pumps, Magnetic drive pumps, Reactors, Rotary filters, Labyrinth reciprocating Compressor, Turbine etc.), Static equipment (Reactors, Columns, Heat Exchangers etc), WHRB & Captive power plant (Supplied by ALSTOM).
Achievement / Recognition Awards:
•Management has provided one additional increment of promotional grade due to out standing performance by overall assessment on 01/07/2001.
•A cash award was received from National Center for Technical Development on presenting technical paper in All India Convection on subject “Pump Problems related to operation & maintenance (for Magnetic driven seal less pump).
•NCPL has provided Appreciation letter for suggestion on vacuum system in LIST unit.
•Visited LIST AG, Switzerland for inspection of TDI recovery unit AP 1600 (R 7401).
•Management has awarded “PUNCTUALITY AWARD” for reporting on duty all the days in time sincerely without a single minute late.
•Presented technical paper on behalf of company “Corrosion problems related to Phosgene Absorption column in TDI plant - A case study” at Eleventh National Congress on Corrosion control organized by National Corrosion Council of India during 17-19 July 2003 at Vadodara.
