• Planning & managing Roll Out of ARAR hospital at arar (1500 nodes)
• Planning & managing Roll Out of TIMA hospital at tabuk (500 nodes)
• Planning & managing Roll Out of ALAMAL hospital at Dammam (1500 nodes)
• Planning & managing Roll Out of all AL AHWAL branches all over the kingdom (74 site)
• Ensure that all Project Management activities within the unit meet the MOH & AHWAL standers
• Schedules project milestones, deliverables, and meetings with client.
• Manages the project timeline and budget.
• Facilitates the use of Project Management best practices to drive the project.
•Supervising on a LTE&3G project, commissioning, integration, alarm clearance, prePAT, PAT
•Assist with senior management to prepare project management plan which shall be use as road map to execute the project
•Ensure that the client is properly billed and those payments are received in a timely manner for the project.
•Keep the Manager of Projects informed of problems and progress and seeking his assistance on problems which cannot be resolved on Project.
•Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
•Responsible for final sign off of vendor and contractor invoices.
•Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
•Collect data from field teams, and consolidate and pre-process these for the use of the data migration team
•Prepare regular reports on field activities, progress status, and performance of field teams
•Project Tracking System Database regular update on time.
•Change management process utilized to control deviations at site level.
•Able to present and discuss all aspects of the tasks assigned by the project team with all parties concerned. This includes all relevant equipment and elements in the network.
•Manage and handle telecom department’s petty cash on a monthly basis or as per work volume. Schedule the Survey and the acceptance or test for the sites
•Notify the customer with daily feedback regarding the status on the field by daily report
•Logistics for the project (Tools, test equipment, cars, office and accommodation).
•Follow up the block issues till it closed
•Administrate the Technical project’s activities.
•Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly work plan.
•Ensuring that work activities are carried out according to the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the Direct supervisor
•Generate & process PR, PO, MR requests on oracle system
•Select, hire, train and manage new staff as needed.
Installing &commissioning for Huawei NodeB (3900), RTN 910/950, Testing CWO (circuit work order) for both ATM and IPRAN networks and fiber optic connectivity, performing cross-connection route till NodeB site.
Testing and configuration transmission equipment such as Ericsson Mini Link AMM 20p B, AMM 6p B, TN,
C.W.O, C.W.O troubleshooting, Rehoming, Rebalancing, Expansion, Installation and commissioning of SDH.LTU, NPU, MMU
PAT, VSWR test
Perform rectification and troubleshooting of BTS, MW hardware alarms
•perform benchmark & full site verification 2G&3G by using GENEX probe software, TEMZ, Huawei U6100.
•Perform RF measurements in the field using specialized tools
•Maintain the RF field measurements and deliver measurements results and reports to team leader
.Check the quality installation and performance before hand over to customer.
