Work with Department Leads, HR, and Safety Manager to develop and manage effective on-boarding training programs with a focus on employee performance. Select and manage On-The-Job Trainers in Transportation and Warehouse Departments through regular training meetings, training effectiveness evaluations, one-on-one discussions and overall performance management of the OJT. Manage an on-boarding process for new Drivers and Warehouse initial training as well as extended on the job training throughout the entire 90 day orientation period; work through OJT’s to develop a process that includes follow-up training as needed for new associates to reach acceptable new-hire performance standards. Work in conjunction with HR to manage Supervisor and Manager Development Programs including FLO (Fundamentals of Leadership for Operations), Compliance Training, and other programs associated with Supervisor/Manager Development.Work with Supervisors and Managers on the job to facilitate translation of new skills and knowledge from classroom to job performance. o Conduct analysis and build programs for existing associates in high-volume positions including Drivers and Warehouse Selectors who are not performing at acceptable levels. Actively participate in the Training community including regular calls, projects and events. Drive a culture of feedback as part of development process through effective Performance Management; responsible for instructing and managing feedback process for all positions within the company. Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating properly
• Serve as a primary contact for all servicing of computers, printers, etc.
• Maintain a sufficient inventory of all office and computer supplies
• Maintain all hardware and software logs updated as per departmental working procedures
• Maintain the documentation of all hardware configuration and inventory
• Maintain the activity of the antivirus management
• Understand all the department working procedures and perform the related tasks as described
Installation and maintenance of all systems within a clients digital environment.
Producing documentation on operational, system and user procedures & guidelines.
Building, configuration and troubleshooting of server and desktop hardware.
Providing advice on selection and purchase of IT equipment.
Maintaining maximum availability of supported services for users.
Obtaining quotes for supply of goods and services from suppliers.
Designing, implementing and managing Active Directory.
Monitoring the progress of third-party maintenance contract suppliers.
Ensuring that support calls are logged and handled effectively and efficiently.
Responsible for disaster recovery, closing security loopholes and access levels.
Ensure adequate antivirus protection & solutions are maintained and updated.
Identify and recommending improvements for E-mail applications & Web-page
Provide an entire supervision for new ICT infrastructure at SALICO centre (Tripoli)

• ICT coordinator for hardware, system and network administration, including Windows 2000-2003 servers.

• Fibre optics splicing and termination activity carrying out NC41 project (single mode and multimode FOC cables, patching, fusion splicing using FujiKura FSM40, cable measurement and testing using power meter and OTDR)
