Key Job Responsibilities for store manager
• -Maintain the standard of the shop all the time..
• -Responsible for planning and directing the work of the team to achieve the business goals.
• -Achieving sales, expense and profit target.
• -Promoting and maintaining high level of customer service.
• -Follow the shop layout as per the weekly VP guide.
• -Being buddy and couching the team.
• -Handling and organizing the stocks in the shop.
• -Making orders, thorough working knowledge of the product, sales
• -Co-ordinate products in the store and motivating sales by stock rotation.
• -Ensuring cleanliness, organize and keeping order in the stockroom.
• -Responsible for selecting and encouraging their team through correct training, evaluation and motivation.
• -Staff planning: making staff Rota, distribution of responsibilities and making the team more dynamic according to sales requirements.
• -Accountable for store inventories according to planned stock ratio parameters.
• -Maintaining stock replenishment and inter-store transfers.
• -Responsible in suitable orders for shop materials.
• -Follow up maintenance in the store.
• -Developing store business plans & strategies.
• -Maximizing customer satisfaction matrices by providing pre and after sale services.
• -Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
• -Projecting the right image of the company and showing the right value of the brand.
