• -Maintain the standard of the shop all the time..
• -Responsible for planning and directing the work of the team to achieve the business goals.
• -Achieving sales, expense and profit target.
• -Promoting and maintaining high level of customer service.
• -Follow the shop layout as per the weekly VP guide.
• -Being buddy and couching the team.
• -Handling and organizing the stocks in the shop.
