• Manage and process monthly payroll for employees

• Preparation of Employees contracts as per policies of company and ensure compliance with
U.A.E Labor Law
• Supervise and Support the PROs for the immigration issues
• Manage hard and staff Data base of employees
• Draft HR policies like promotion policy, grievance policy, Leave Policy and recruitment Policy
• Conduct Exit interviews
• Involve in newly hired employees orientation Sessions by scheduling and developing orientation Programs
