Currently leading Service Operations Management & H/W Maintenance of a critical platform with the Ministry of Interior. Activities include, but not limited to:
Ð Providing Account Leadership for overall Service Delivery, to over 30 Technical Consultants, as per contract for all infrastructure domains covering Systems Operations, DB, Security, Networking, and Service Management to meet Contract Service Level Agreements/Objectives (SLA/SLO)s

Managed end-to-end project deliveries for Consulting & Systems Integrations team. This included Core, VAS, 3rd Party, VoIP, MBB ISP & Security related projects:
Ð Managed execution of project deliveries on program level for various clients in the kingdom
Ð Worked with delivery stakeholders on defining project scope targets to ensure flawless execution phase for the allocated VAS & Core Project needs
Ð Successfully Planed and managed project deliverables, costs, time schedules and milestones
Ð Worked closely with SSM for project costing during the pre-sales phase

- Provided deployment, technical service and assistance for the GeoProbe, Tektronix Network Monitoring system
- Worked closely with customers to understand and configure their mobile and fixed line networks, hardware and software, according to customers’ specifications
- Interfaced with Tektronix engineers across various departments to resolve issues and share technical and customer information
- Developed and updated procedures for installation, integration, test, and administration of the GeoProbe. Also, conducted systems acceptance with customers
Assumed multiple engineering positions while at Tekelec from technical support to system test functions. Job duties included but not limited to:
- Created test plans and executed test cases for various features on the Tekelec T9000 class-4 and class-5 softSwitch in conjunction with Voice testing through the Tekelec Media Gateway
- Executed regression cases on class-5 features for various protocols such as SIP, MEGACO, MGCP, SIP-T, CASLine, PRI, ISUP, and GR303 for both Intra and Inter-Switch
- Issued a SW Problem Report when a problem is found and re-tested those reports and other patches when a fix was available for testing
- Communicated directly with developers of the feature/product, and worked in a team environment with other test engineers
- Ensured high quality deliverables while focusing on process and controls implementation
- Provided second level technical support for IX7000 Class 5 switch
- Assisted in troubleshooting of GR303, PRI, DID, CAS, FGD, VoIP, and SS7 trunks. Performed software upgrade when needed
- Assisted with systems level troubleshooting for interconnectivity and carrier issues
- Responded to customer’s needs on a 24/7 basis
As part of the Wireless Software Test team, the following performed tasks were part of my overall duties:
- Performed Software testing on the DMS-MTX (Mobile Telephone Exchange) switches
- Created and executed detailed and technical test plans and test cases
- Led software engineers in updating a comprehensive regression test plan and detailed test cases; this activity involved execution of manual and automated test cases using different platforms
- Performed feature testing on various variants of ISUP including ANSI and various ITU flavors
- Volunteered as a Switch prime for 14 months, job function included but not limited to managing switch schedule, booting switch into a new load, verifying sanity of software load, bringing up all peripherals, cleaning up alarms banner and taking an image of the load
- Published a detailed document for the department for SAGE connectivity to the switch and usability
Reported to the Technical Manager; supported GeoProbe, UNIX based SS7 Network Surveillance System.
- Provided responsive and competent support to customers in areas of product features, installation, use, and usability of software and hardware for the GeoProbe products.
- Upgraded customers’ GeoProbe’s, servers & SUN workstations to the latest available SW versions
