Key Activities include:
• Setting the Vision, Mission and strategic direction of the Retail Division
• Develops long term strategic and operational business plan for the division through comprehensive operational and financial analysis of existing operations and enlarge the retail Division market share Kingdom wide through identifying new strategic profitable locations
• Set up the annual operating budgets of the division and review it on a monthly and quarterly basis to determine its compliance with established budget and implement appropriate actions to eliminate budget variances.
• Implements appropriate measures that would ensure favourable bottom line results in respect to budgeting, marketing, capital expenditure and development to achieve the financial targets of the company.
• Maintains effective control over capital expenditures, operating expenses and sales expenses.
• Conduct communication events with employees to keep all the team abreast with initiatives and issues of concerns within the division.
• Create and maintain a working atmosphere within the division that encourages active participation and promotes maximum productivity from the employees.
