▪ Led site team on constructions tasks which included review of technical designs and drawings for
submission through invoicing and claims assessments with construction surveyor as per
organisation conditions and qualifications.
▪ Carried out resource management, site management and quality control tasks to complete the
project associated to infrastructural works.
▪ Utilised excellent skills to prepare and produce technical submissions to include method
statements, programme of works, progress reports.
▪ Acted as focal point for the Main Contractor vis-à-vis the client and consultant for all site related
matters; performed site visits with consultant to ensure works are carried out as per design and
drawings.
▪ Ensure smooth running of work activities in densely residential areas with continuing rapport with
local authorities, inhabitants and client representative.

Led a wide spectrum of activities associated with different phases of construction projects, while
supervising and streamlining all the building work, performing thorough surveys, establishing multiple
sites and arranging facilities. Piloted preliminary studies and reinforced in data analysing for
articulating thorough reports. Supported in the execution and implementation of site procedures, and
guaranteed construction works carried out according to health and safety and sustainability policies
and legislation.

Choisy Les Bains RES Integrated Resort: Construction of 14 Apartment Blocks and Adjoining
Welcome Centre, Construction of Swimming Lagoon (Preliminary and Civil Works - 1800m²
approx.)
▪ Spearheaded all functions of site for earthworks and substructure works, arranged and allocated
proper resources, and delineated strategic planning and analysis to schedule routine tasks.
▪ Produced consistent and precise reports, and forwarded to construction and project manager, as
well as assured quality of work, and monitored site testing activities.

Strengthened positive relationship with quantity surveyors to examine cost as per the customer
specifications by controlling multiple projects. Steered site operations by formulating and checking
various reports, designs and drawings through worker coordination. Developed safety assessments
and sustained quality control initiatives by operating tool and material equipment. Evaluated site

safety inspections procedures and determined issues during harvesting operations. Played an integral
role in performing risk mitigation and reports preparations activities.

▪ Promoted to serve as a Site Manager for Earthworks and Infrastructural works for Housing
estates to examine survey and setting out, as well as created construction drawings.
▪ Spearheaded constructions tasks, which included inspected technical designs and drawings
through invoices and claims assessments with quantity surveyor as per organisation conditions
and qualifications.

Supported the resident engineer in overseeing the planning, coordination and implementation of
construction projects, as well as arranging minutes of meetings, and revising design and proposals.

Pamplemousses to Forbach
Conversion of 7 km single carriageway to dual carriageway with implementation of street lighting,
storm water drainage, and road safety measures; Project Value: MUR 227, 000, 000 (USD 7 mil)
▪ Instrumental in quantity surveying, that included re-measurement of quantities with contractor.
▪ Regulated routine tasks, and ensured quality of polymer modified asphalt used in construction.
Construction of the Second Carriageway to Pamplemousses - Grand Baie Road (A13) from Forbach
to Sottise
Conversion of 6 km single carriageway to dual carriageway with implementation of street lighting,
water drainage, and road safety measures; Project Value: MUR 197, 000, 000 (USD 6.2 mil)
▪ Created tender documents, and analysed price schedule and base estimates for quantities.
▪ Critically revised contractor's submissions, such as method statement, samples, and alternative
proposals.
Rehabilitation of Existing Carriageway to Pamplemousses - Grand Baie Road (A13) from
Pamplemousses to Mapou
Maintenance and repair of existing 4km dual carriageway to suit new motorway traffic with
implementation of adequate road safety measures; Project Value: MUR 97, 000, 000 (USD 3.1 mil)
▪ Instigated appropriate road repair techniques and sub-surface drainage systems for damaged
road surface.
▪ Evaluated routine traffic diversion schemes and safety measures to assure safety of all staff.
