- Review and analyze the sales, compare them, find the reason for increase or decrease and write a report with an action plan on how to improve
- Preparing all needs for the restaurant
- Follow up on all overseas shipments
- Costing & Menu Engineering in addition of organizing it

- Software & hardware system installing & training ( Omega software)
- Personal Hygiene & Food safety training for all employees

- On job training for all employees including new managers & assist.
