- Employment through traveling overseas to meet applicants in the recruitments agencies
- To supervise restaurants ensuring proper QSC Implementation, achievement of sales and P&L target, plus monitoring all staff and managers development plan.
- Review and analyze the sales, compare them, find the reason for increase or decrease and write a report with an action plan on how to improve
- Preparing all needs for the restaurant
- Follow up on all overseas shipments
- Costing & Menu Engineering in addition of organizing it
- Fixed Assets Inventory & Data Entry
- Software & hardware system installing & training ( Omega software)
- Personal Hygiene & Food safety training for all employees
• Supervise the daily operation as far as regarding the following:
- Daily sales
- Supervise the purchasing
- On job training for all employees including new managers & assist.
- Preparing for new promotions during every season
