• Develop, train and guide the Project Managers in PPM and support tools, Project Management and Agile / Scrum processes.
• Institutionalize and integrate all the PMO and support tools (Project Open, Resource Allocation System, Billing Advice System, Process Orchestration Platform, and Learning Management System).
• Generate weekly enterprise scorecard / dashboard at the Portfolio / BU levels for key metrics.

1. Manage multiple Portfolios and Programs, Key Accounts, and Client Communication.
2. Develop, train and guide the Project Managers on PPM Tool, Project Management and Agile / Scrum processes ensuring data compliance and integrity.
3. Set the project scope, goals and deliverables along with project timelines and effectively manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies.

8. Set up Project-Process Framework (Development, Enhancements, and Maintenance) along with Phase Gates, Process Definition, Quality Objectives and Portfolio Dash-boarding.
9. Created and conducted training courses for Project Managers related to agile best practices, understanding and improving team dynamics and team performance.

11. Championed the project cost management and demonstrated the expertise in Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Earned Value Analysis, etc.
• Act as a single point of contact for all the Accounts (United States Police, Fire and Corrections Management Centres)
• Spearhead a team of 15 resources and reporting to the Business Unit Head.
• Responsible for all deliverable of multiple products (CAD, WDA, Fire RMS and CSP).
• Act as the focal point for all defects/proposed changes and schedule the requirements for development and track with weekly/monthly reports.

• Manage all the Test and QA servers with the latest build and resolve any environmental issues.
• Review test scenarios, test case design, test data preparation, and analyse test results.
