SENIOR SOFTWARE SYSTEM DEVOLOPER ADMINISTRATOR Ministry of Planning and Public Utilities-Lands Department | Khartoum - Sudan | June 2002 – May 2022 • In 2004, analyzed and developed software system (Lands Registry program), restructured the database, and converted the database from Access to SQL Server 2000 with interfaces Visual Basic 6, so that in 2007 it became a unified program that includes all residential lands data. • In 2006, analyzed, designed and implemented the financial endorsements program. • In 2009, added a new section to the lands registry program, which is the section on villages and slums. • In 2010, added the agricultural lands section to the lands registry program. • In 2011 upgraded the database from SQL Server 2000 to SQL server 2008 R2. • Analyzed and designed the Personnel Program and supervised the entry of all employee data to be a unified program that serves all employees. • Participated with the programmers’ team in analyzing and designing other programs that serve the needs of work within the organization, such as a (Salaries, Procurements, Warehousing Management, etc.). • Participated in the implementation of the electronic archiving program with a specialized company. • Participated in setup and managing new data center including racks, SAN and NAS technology and servers. • Participated with the engineers to upgrade servers’ operating system from 2003 to 2012 & Clients from XP to 7 and 10. • Make a weekly report and submit it to the IT Manager. • Managed and led a team of more than 15 people. • Trained 150+ IT personnel as part of their induction period. • Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify problem root causes, and provide technical support when needed. • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements. • Deploy server backups & evaluate new software. • Roll-out software updates and patches. • Perform routine audits of systems and software. • Troubleshoot various computer and network systems as well as difficult virus removal problems. • odoo ERP inslation 5-1-2022 - Until now SOFTWARE SYSTEM DEVOLOPER (Contractor) Atlantic International Medical Supplies Co. | Khartoum - Sudan | March 2003 – March 2004 • Designed and developed software system (Accounting System and Warehousing Management), using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes. • Trained users to use the new program. • Consulted with IT department on project status, proposals, such as software system design. • Upgraded servers’ operating systems from 2000 to 2003. • Configured Account department PCs. • Troubleshoot OS and application issues. • Deploy server backups. • Provide daily help desk and technical support.
