As a MEP manager/ Construction, my responsibilities were: I am Supervising the progress of work on site including coordination and technical support, updates mechanical progress on site to the Planning function as required, monitor/support and supervise the Testing & commissioning of all mechanical systems.
Moreover, my role was to attend all the progress, status, technical, coordination and stand meetings.

• Supervise & manage all mechanical/electrical works related to Estimation, Procurement, Engineering, construction, testing & commissioning.
• Preparation of material submittals and following up with the consultant for their approvals
• Supervise the preparation of shop drawings and details including isometric drawings.
• Supervising the subcontractors’ progress, payments, and claims.
• Supervising the progress of work on site including coordination with all other departments

Project:
1. Dubai Tower -Doha with Al-Jaber -Al Habtoor JV.
I was Mechanical /Electrical /Plumbing coordinator (MEP) I was coordinating the MEP subcontractor and follow them up to finalize the project, so I was responsible about coordination between civil /architect/ MEP to ensure that the project finished on time and without delays.
Responsibilities:
• Coordination between MEP contractor and consultant /client.
• Coordination between MEP contractor and civil /Architect contractor.
• Study and discuss any MEP claim prior to approve / reject it.
• Facilitate and follow up all the items provided by civil contractor to MEP contractor.
• Monitor and follow up the sequence of work between civil /architect/MEP.
• Follow up clearances from civil /Architect to MEP and opposite direction.
• Check all correspondence prior to submitted to consultant / client.
• Follow up the authorities’ approval.
• Attend the consultant meeting with the MEP subcontractors.

Project :( West Bay complex project /Doha-Qatar … 2 apartment towers + four seasons’ hotel + offices tower + Town houses +health club +Marina

Responsibilities:
1. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
2. Analyses of customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
3. Specify direct modification of works to ensure conformance with engineering design and specifications.
4. Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical works, equipment, systems, and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
5. Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs.
6. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
7. Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of works, including selection and prepare the methods statement. 8.Commission of all mechanical system after the flushing & prepare all report required then handover to the client

Projects:
I. Extension of Le thermal power station Aqaba-Jordan (under ABB SAE SADELMI) (Dec-1999 to Jan 2001)
My Responsibility:
Installation, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of works.
Following the approval with the consultant.
Systems available: The works included fabrication and installation of piping and equipment’s (summary of work described in oil and gas responsibilities).
II. 2. KEMAPCO -Nitric acid plant-KEMAPCO NA PROJECT (owner: Kamira Arab Potash J.V/ Main contractor Technip COFLEXIP -France) (Jan 2001 - Jan 2003)
The works included the installation of the absorption& bleaching tower the highest in Jordan, steam turbine, air compressor, vertical boiler, economizer, catalyst reactor tail gas stack, tail gas expander turbine, various pumps, as well as all piping associated with the above. Works also includes all electrical works, instrumentation and controls required for the above plant.





Aware about all activities related to oil and gas such as, Process plant, Process Piping, loading & offloading Systems for Liquid Fuel & Gas, Storage Tanks, Skids Installation, General Rotating Equipment’s, Heat Exchangers and Vessels, Transfer pipeline, Fire Water Piping Networks for Industrial Facilities, On Metallic Process Piping and Transmission Pipelines (GRE / GRV / HDPE etc.), Hot tapping, Cathodic Protection and Leak Detection Systems, insulation sand blasting, painting, aluminum cladding, commissioning then final termination the pipe up to the equipment’s, Hydrostatic Testing for Transmission Pipeline, Specialized Staff / Labor Supply, Third Party Certified and qualified welders for SMAW / GTAW, associated civil, electrical & instrumentation works and all associated engineering services.
