In Addition to Job description I have with same company I have been promoted to be the Admin Head in the company, to handle (supervise) all Dept activities with the Dept team (Personnel, Administration, HR, security) such like Employees leaves & provisions, recruitment, setting up company internal regulations, polices, and procedures...etc
Leading, controlling & Monitoring all activities in accounting Dept Such as
Recording & approving financial transactions, controlling inventory movement, costing activities for manufactured FG and landed cost of purchased materials, Sales invoices, Financial reporting (COGS St. Profit & loss, BS, Cash Flow ..etc) organizing cash & bank status
dealing with banks for LC's & Bank Guarantees, OD, STL. Preparing the monthly payroll according to the monthly time sheet received from HR.
Spinneys was the leader in Jordan in Food stuff and merchandising industry, having very good experience in the field I ((Successfully)) joined them as Sales man for (Unilever division), I had monthly target of (Value and distribution) I was always achieving my target. But to maintain my career in Accounting; they had open vacancy for Accountant I demand to be re-assigned with them as an accountant. and my application accepted.
It was Family business, I was a partner & I had to deal with all matters to manage the works like accounts, suppliers, local or international purchases …etc.
