• As an ICT Manager, I have overall responsibility for the management and ongoing development and operations of the Information and Communications Technologies systems, infrastructure and service.
• Manage, co-ordinate and ICT resources to ensure both the development and provision ICT products and services to support Petroneeds' business operations .
• A key part my job is working and consulting with the Top management team, to ensure perfect alignment of ICT and business needs and strategic direction.
• Develop and oversee, the strategic development and strategic implementation processes, and the annual operating plans and budgets .
• Advise on the strategic direction of key ICT resources and business needs.
• Oversee ICT support (infrastructure development, systems support and maintenance) .
• Review and manage information processes and resolve gaps or weakness.
• Proactively identify and develop new and innovative ways to manage and effectively resolve ICT incidents.
• Manage ICT infrastructure requirements including the use of third parties to supply services.

- Direct, monitor and control all administrative, technical and commercial company activities, retaining ultimate responsibilities for Fanar business development and market share growth and stability.
- Supervise and give work direction to a team of engineers and mid supervisors on clients minor and major projects.
- Conduct business planing to identify business' risk, threats and opportunities, through team and board of directors involvement to develop business strategies for archiving targets and objectives.
- Performing communication at all levels including clients, stakeholders and authorities agencies .
• Providing leadership and direction within a critical role requiring the overall management of all I.T., facilities and services
• Demonstrating advanced personnel management skills in the coordination of a team of I.T. Engineers and System Administrators to ensure best practice is achieved
• Driving standards across the business, working in line with strict, predefined I.T. Service Level Agreements and client requirements
• Fully accountable for IT support services, Monitor and resolve escalated issues through IT Help desk, supervise and give work directions to IT support team to maintain the committed IT support agreed services levels.
• Retaining senior accountability for the direction of all system maintenance, network infrastructure requirements, electronic data processing, communication systems upkeep and information system operations
• Strategically responsible for the creation, upkeep and implementation of all new policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer system operation/development
• Fully accountable for the development and upkeep of the Disaster Recovery and business continuity plans including testing, , evaluation, documentation and updates.
• Responsible for preparing solutions feasibility reports in regards to IT solutions, preparing tender documents, evaluation criteria, tender plan as per company procurement procedures and authorizations standards.

• Successful in the development of a robust infrastructure with high availability, including all network servers and storage systems
• Successfully implementing WNPOC virtual disaster recovery site, achieving the latest technology directions for virtualization and providing a cost effective and efficient disaster recovery solution.
• Performing a key role as Executive I.T. Engineer, responsible for the coordination and management of a wide range of technical systems in support of the business
• Leading a team of four I.T. Engineers and six Technicians within their daily roles, while dealing efficiently with any staffing issues as required
• Entrusted with the management and administration of all servers, covering Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email, Internet services and remote access services
• Responsible for the creation and management of user accounts, with additional responsibility for system security management and back-up system management

• Managing the upgrade of all GNPOC systems from Windows NT4.0 to Windows 2000, in addition to the upgrade of the email system to a Windows 2000 active directory forest
• Successful in the consolidation of six Windows NT domains into a single Windows 2000 active directory forest, while migrating 1500 user accounts, mail data and profiles
• leading a major initiative to Implement a disaster recovery solution, including remote recovery site establishment and testing
• Initially employed as a Computer & Network Engineer, responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive service of technical support on client network and computer systems
• Employing excellent technical skills in the completion of equipment installation and maintenance projects, working to stringent deadlines and specifications
• Assisting with building the business through the development of customer proposals, with additional accountability for the management of project issues and the completion of preventative and corrective maintenance, and handling support services contracts with/for key costumers.
