Responsible for evaluating, planning, budgeting, reporting and monitoring the transactions of current affiliated companies and investments.
Responsible for searching, studying, implementing and follow up for any new idea or investment.

Developed annual budgets and group strategy.
Developed the group’s new COA, projects and cost centers coding & accounting structure.
Prepared the Inventory system procedures and accounting cycle.

Prepared feasibility studies and/or audit and/or valuation for various investment opportunities.
Prepared and analyze cash flow for the companies.
Implemented Capital lease contracts and accounting.

Participated as a member of the Oracle Financial implementing team(GL & Budgeting module key user (Cash & Accrual)).
Prepared the Inventory system procedures and accounting cycle.

Prepared feasibility study for establishing a Jordanian Saudi company for meat and livestock trading (Capital JD 12.5 Millions).
Dissertation: Measurement, Valuation, and Contracting in Under-performing companies. Lancaster University rating was Five stars in the Accounting and Finance field. I have a British Cheavining scholarship from the British Council - Amman
