- Establishing REAC as the First President for the first Arbitration Center licensed by The Permanent Committee for Arbitration Centers in Saudi Arabia - Saudi Real Estate Arbitration Center) Under REGA). Which established under the Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives. The center holds the accreditation of the Ministry of Justice as the first accredited reconciliation center.

• Define the goals of managing partnerships and developing business and developing their strategies in line with the authoritys goals and strategy.
• Follow-up and implementation of the annual business plan and key performance indicators for business management, support and development.
• Overseeing the development of participant policies, building relationships with external parties to achieve the overall goals of the commission, and ensuring that it promotes pioneering practices and institutional excellence.
• Develop work plans and implement programs and participants by building partnerships and relationships with relevant authorities.
• Nominating systems to improve efficiency in documenting and developing core standards for business development and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for cooperation and partnerships with external parties and evaluate those opportunities and their impact in order to achieve strategic goals.
• Ensure implementation of plans and programs in place related to building relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Developing and updating a strategic plan to encourage investment in line with the vision, mission and objectives of the authority.
• Regular coordination with the Authority’s management and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between the investment promotion activities entrusted to the Authority and its strategic objectives in order to maximize the value provided by the management.
• Developing a list of proposed activities / goals and preliminary cost estimates as part of the investment promotion strategic plan.
• Approving the strategic plan for business development, partnerships and cost estimates.
• Studying and approving of the first fees by the Authority’s Board of Directors for the Mulak Program.
• Transferring economic activities in the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing to the Authority in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers.
• Projects:
1- Study the impact of applying or modifying a financial fee for services provided through real estate activities supervised by the General Real Estate Authority and the amount of revenues expected from it.
2- Develop a plan to support the project localization of the real estate sector.
2-Raise the capabilities of human capital in the real estate sector facilities project.
3- Real estate franchise program.
4- Real estate services category in self-employment mode.
5- Real Estate brokerage program development.
6-Real Estate investment sector project with Ministry of Investment.

. Supervision and management of individual and corporate client’s investments with over 400 clients through the team.
