Currently I serve in the capacity of Manager Projects - Application & Service delivery. As a Release Manager, Scrum Master and as a servant leader facilitating Scrum teams to achieve their release and sprint level goals. As a Product Owner defining product goals, releases and priorities.

During my earlier organization as a Release Analyst & Scrum Master, was handling a solution delivery assignment with value of around USD 10 Million from a strategic enterprise accounts. As a Release Analyst & Scrum Master who repeatedly demonstrates an ability to obtain positive results in terms of solution delivery, in line with Agile principles and lean methodology.

Project Management, Test Management, and Business Analysis, I have worked in Banking & Insurance domain, Manufacturing, Retail & e-Commerce, have been involved in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.

 Drafting project understanding documents, approach plans with a detailed work break down structure and resource resumes.
 Responsible for justifying the work break down structure (estimate) and negotiating with customers for winning deals.
 Drafting proposals, master service agreements, statement of work, service level agreements and short term contracts.
 Drafting project initiation invites to project stake holders and organizing a smooth initiation.
 Preparing periodic project projection pipeline reports for executive management team’s reference.

Handling Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Event management and other service requests as a part of day to day operations of production support.

 Implemented product training for new quality associates in the process of handling EMRs, EHRs, Billing applications and process of clearing houses.
 Updating clients with periodic reports of improvements in team allocation and quality management training schedules.
 Worked in a key role of streamlining quality management process activities to reduce process overheads.
 Responsible for the report generation for the quality management team productivity metrics.
