 (1) Job:
• Position : Nursing Team supervisor
• Department : Medical Team
• Period : From Nov. 2017
• Place : MSF H - OCA 008 TC - Taiz City - Yemen
 Duty and Responsibility:
• Ensure that patient care is properly deliver to patients and providing high quality care to all patients in respect of the MSF protocols.
• Ensure accurate Data collection and accurate consumption data
• Supervise health education team and ensure that 80% of patients receive hygiene messages.
• Carry-out and coordinate administrative (exit papers, transfer papers, etc.), information and data collection tasks, and elaborate regular reporting, in order to have updated and reliable information about the day-to-day activity in the project, output/ outcome and support decision-making.
• Management independently and prioritize, plan, organize the following tasks:
 Supervise ER, ICU, OT, IPD, Maternity, ITFC and IPD department and provide guidance for 132 Nurse
 Conduct training and bedside coaching and ensure 100% of nurses under incentive got training
 Planning and preparing duty roster.
 Perform evaluation for work &staff  Coordinate and communicate with the hospital management.
 Elaborate and exciting job descriptions
 Conduct meeting to discuss challenges and solve problems

 (2) Job:
• Position : Team leader and OTP Nurse
• Department : Nutrition
• Period : From January.2017 - Until: Oct.2017
• Place : Islamic Relief - Marib - Yemen
 Duty and Responsibility:
• Supervise activities of three Programs (OTP, TFC, SFP) in 40 health centers
• Prepare movement plan and Coordinate for the team with the in-charge of the health facilities on the area
• Provide guidance for the staff during implementation the Activities of the programs
• Conduct field visit and ensure safety and security of the teams before movement.
• Coordinate with logistic department and ensure availability of Nutrition commodities
• Ensure Implementation CMAM and IYCF in the Targeted Health Facilities according to international guideline
• Reporting to the Project Coordinator PC.

Assessing collaborating and monitoring ICU staff nurse during Duty hours.
• Ensure excellent ICU Nursing care accordingly for all patient.
• Follow up nursing documentation and ensure that all nursing interventions are registered.

 (3) Job:
• Position : Emergency and clinical instructor Nurse
• Department : Nursing
• Period : From August. 2011 Until :Jan. 2017
• Place : Cardiac Center- Military Medical Services - Sana’a Yemen
 Duty and Responsibility:
• Plan, evaluate, organize and coordinate of patients’ needs for health care and educations.
• Establishing and monitoring adherence to essential requirements/minimum standards of nursing care.
• Plan for nursing education and Capacity building for 100 Nurse.

 Duty and Responsibility:
• Provides a wide range of quality nursing care using the Nursing Process with emphasis on direct patient care and related activities. ( trauma, Cardiac, surgical and Medical patients)
• Work as part of Quality team, implementing accreditation to (JCIA) for quality and patient safety standers.
