Talent Acquisition:
•Handled all facet of recruitment process(clinical
and non-clinical) by ensuring all recruitment
policies, procedures and techniques.
•Drive entire recruitment process through Oracle
Recruitment Cloud (ORC) as a part of HR Digitization.
•Handles employee Antecedents and Credentials
verification.
•Processes new hire forms including bank
account, health check-up, medical insurance and
issue ID card.
•Employee records, documentation and file
management.
Learning and Organization Development:
•Ensuring successful delivery of Induction training
- The Asterian Way of global onboarding
new recruits and re-orientation for the existing
employees.
•Collecting training feedback to understand the
effectiveness and accordingly improve the
training process.
•Tracking, identifying, recording and compiling of
the training programs as per TNI received from
different departments and accordingly prepare
the training calendar.
Payroll Management:
•Payroll management team member in both
permenent and locum staff.
•Calculating salary, benefits, other earnings and
deductions.
•Leave, attendance and employee database
management.
•Full and final settlement and certificate issuence.
Performance Management System:
•Conducting mid year performance review and
annual performance appraisal.
•Confirmations and making PIP for probation
extension.
•Employee engagement and encouraging
programmes.
•Produces HR letters, NOCs, salary certificate as
required on timely basis.
•Ensure proper departmental Operations.
•Support ERP project team with required data.
I worked as a talent sourcing intern. Worked for various MNC companies as a third party to source matching profiles for various positions as per their requirements within their time frame, and coordinated the end-to-end recruitment process.
