Providing System/Server support for more than 50+ clients on SLA basis
٭ Managing the inventories, licenses etc. of our customers and preparing the report on IT infrastructure and Health check report on servers
٭ Installation, configuration and Administrating of Windows 2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019 Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and client computers
٭ Installation of firmware, PSP, etc.., on different Servers
٭ Installing and configuring of Azure, Veritas backup, Acronis and Veeam Backup and it's agents on servers
٭ Configuring Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager and installing clients
٭ Configuring SonicWALL Firewall
٭ Configuring Wireless Access Points, VPN etc...,
٭ Creating email accounts and managing in Hosted Exchange services like Silver Sky, Etisalat, Dream host, Google Apps & Office 365
٭ Managing & monitoring emails thru Mail Marshal
٭ Performing Patch Updates on Servers
٭ Office 365 Migration & Windows Server Migration
٭ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
٭ Provide network accounts and password as required, providing secure access to the network for remote users.
٭ Maintain log and list of required repairs and maintenance.
٭ Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources.
٭ Maintenance and support of Windows and ERP server.
o Installation & maintenance of computer Hardware and Software.
o Experience in IT& Office support and related administration with good knowledge of Operating systems, Backup, ERP Systems and Maintenance.
o Installing, diagnosing and configuring/solving problems for Computers, Printers, Scanners, Biometric devices and CCTV cameras of the organization.
o Installation & maintenance of computer networking LAN & WAN.
o Creating and maintaining active directory objects. Manage access to resources, design group policy and OU.
