Attainments: ☞ Hand book on Rectification of Defects in Civil Engineering works was written by me and published PAN INDIA -MRL.
☞ Specialized contractors & Professionalized vendors were brought to the company and the Mutually benefited terms were properly administered.
☞ BARTER is the MANTRA of the company and hence fine tuning BARTER MECHANISM was made & the practical implementation was made crystal clear to all the departments and Management.
☞ All the Engineering team including contractor's team got trained by me - Training done on 21 topics to improve Safety & Quality at Sites - PAN INDIA- MRL FORM WORKS, REBAR WORKS, CONCRETE TECHNOLOGY, MASONRY&PLASTER, TILING, TREMIX FLOORING, Finishing & Interior works etc.,
☞ Capably succeeded in nurturing the safety and quality culture in builder's company.
☞ By leading the Purchase & contracts committee - Capably succeeded in bringing the professional practices & professional way of functioning within the organization.
☞ All the loop holes which were leading to breach of economy of organisation were identified / closed and situation got improved by participating in the core committee.
☞ All the non-professional way of workings / unethical practices across the organisation were identified and stopped by implementing the QMS.
☞ Starting from Deep cleaning activity to Cement works - List of standard products were made and those only used in all projects PAN INDIA.
☞ Successfully stopped the long time leakages of all old buildings of our company. And the leakages of new structures

☞ Conducting trials for site mix & RMC mix and giving approvals for all grades of concrete. Ensuring approval for minimum of 5 RMC to the vicinity of every project.

☞ Successfully stopped the long time leakages of all old buildings of our company. And the leakages of new structures
☞ 5 numbers of RMC Plants in the near by vicinity of every project were searched out & all the concrete grades were approved after witnessing the trials & review of results. As a result we have not affected by sand scarcity / concrete short supply
☞ In and around Mumbai - 20 numbers of RMC companies 64# of RMC PLANTS found for procurement of concrete were identified / technically & commercially approved. This is my life time achievement, because we were struggling to overcome the issue regarding short supply of sand / concrete.
☞ 300 numbers of tradesmen, 35 numbers of supervisors, 33 numbers of Engineers & 25 number of managers were trained by me during the month August 2011. This is also my life time achievement, because hours of lecture delivered during the month was more than a professor's capacity.
☞ Principle of " WORKS NOT CHECKED MEANS -WORKS NOT DONE " was strictly implemented along with checklists hand in hand.
☞ The QC department used to stop the work very frequently everyday, which leads to hampering of progress, profit etc involved in changing the habit of stopping the work by introducing Process Training on Work Spot.
☞ Capably succeeded in nurturing the safety and quality culture in builder's company.
☞ Visited the site and observed the way of working of each fitters, carpenters, masons etc., and there itself corrected the mistakes and habits by giving training& demo resulting in zero accident and zero defects.
☞ Judiciously took some preventive & corrective measures resulting in zero - accidents / defects / leakage.
☞ Joined the company as General Manager but within 6 months got promoted as ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT with 10% increase in CTC, while getting confirmation Where as most of the new joiners were de promoted

☞ Involved in M80 concrete, project which was first time successfully pumped in India.
☞ Overseeing effective administration of Quality Management System (QMS)
☞ Conducting classes at Training Center of the company & imbibing the culture of quality and safety at all levels.

☞ Finolex Factory Project at Ratnagiri: 8 storied industrial building with hundreds of equipment foundations in each floor, with thousands of pockets, templates & bolts. These were done with 3 level checking Mechanical / Services consultant, PMC, Client
☞ Everard Nagar Flyover, Mumbai: Girders were done as per Incremental launching system.
☞ Sinarmas Pulp & Paper Mills Project, Bharamati: Turbine Generator Building, 200m high chimney done with slip-form system, and 500m long industrial building Fibre line building -Longest building in Asia with hundreds of equipment foundations,
☞ Oberoi Woods -Residential Towers, Goregaon: 33 storied residential towers done with MIVAN system. 33 storied Oberoi Commercial tower Highest commercial tower in Mumbai with Helipad at top. . Oberoi international school.
☞ World Class Hostels Project @ IIT Bombay: Fast track turnkey project. 6Buildings with six floors and 1260 rooms with Gym, Cafeteria for 1500 persons at a time etc., including finishing & interiors done in 11 months.
☞ L&T - INFOTECH, Powai: Fast track project done on turnkey basis within 13 months.
☞ American Consulate Building @ BKC-Mumbai. With highest military standards of Quality / Safety & Systems. Additional responsibility of SUBMITTALS for all Engineering materials of International standards from all over the world.
