Process invoices and vendor payments.
• Process customer payments and reconcile balances.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, customer accounts and inter company accounts.

• Maintain payroll records and process salary payments

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and Budget preparation.

• Conduct periodical internal audit and provide necessary documents to external auditors.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transaction.

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and journal entries.

• Maintain petty cash and cash flow on daily basis.

• Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes

• Organize and store inventory according to company standards and food safety requirements.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory system daily.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages before affect operations.

• Maintain a clean, organized and secure warehouse, coordinate with the procurement officer.
