• Build and maintain relations and provide professional advice to consultants, architects and developers to sustain growth in specification
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
• Negotiating and closing sales deals by agreeing mutually beneficial terms and conditions and offering after-sales support services
• Managing tendering and approval stages for projects specified
• Co-ordinate internally with team ensuring that all key projects under design are covered and later on secured

• Reporting on quarterly basis, the value of specifications and sales generated

Job Description: Business Development Manager

Business Development Manage Job purpose: Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationship. Maintain and develop company business processes.
Business Development Manager Job Duties.
1. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
2. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals.
3. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
4. Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
5. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests: exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.
6. Enhances the internal sales and purchasing process through liasing with other staff and/or departments.
7. Achieve assigned sales targets as agreed with management
8. Interpreting financial, operational, commercial or customer insight to ensure a trading issue is fully understood and tat hard hitting actions are taken and constantly reviewed.
9. Developing, reviewing and optimizing trading strategies against key competitors alongside purchase Manager
10. Manage internal relationships with operations, commercial, airports and commercial finance to ensure optimal country performance.
11. Thoroughly understand the fundamentals or marketing and work closely with local marketing team to drive plans tactically promote the routes.
12. Identify and located product manufacturers / suppliers for any requirements and assessing technical data of such product.
13. Execute any other responsibilities upon management request.
• Planning and implementation of effective maintenance schedules to achieve set target of plant uptime in a cost effective manner.
• Deliver the improvement projects for preventive, corrective & breakdown maintenance of plant equipment & machinery which includes Floor and Overhead conveyors, Rotating equipments etc.
• Monitor, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as maintenance cost, Schedule compliance, etc.
• Support to the BHS Airport Operation which helps uninterrupted baggage flow to the destinations.
• Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize downtime.
• Support to the spare parts inventory management and ensure availability of all required spare parts.
• Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated to accomplish the tasks.
• Adherence to safe work practices while carrying the maintenance jobs.
• Support the team in handling Breakdowns and in carrying out root cause analysis.
• Responsible for trouble shooting in Siemens PLC and SCADA based control System.
• Coordination with planning department for the gap analysis in the CMMS (Maximo) application.
• Overall In charge for Maintenance Department
• Execution and supervision of process operation, start / shutdown, troubleshooting and
rectifying activities.
• Trouble shooting and Controlling Corrosion, Erosion, Quality and Wastage.
• Plant maintenance, Equipments Inspection (before and after maintenance), Safety Standards.
• Process Equipments and Machinery Performance Checks and Evaluation.
• Process upsets, Equipment failures - Remedial Measures.
• Handling Manpower, Preparing shift schedules, Provide Training to Trainees, Operators.
• Coordinating with Electrical and Instrumentation Departments to facilitate monthly preventive maintenance without affecting production.
• Monitoring and control of Sea-shore Operations.
• Vendor Selection and Negotiation for Up-coming projects.
• Involving in Refinery Capacity Enhancement
• Cost Estimation & Accessories Planning
• Production planning with process follow-up & monitoring
• Control of all production activities like fabrication, powder coating, assembling
• Exposure to Seven Tank Processing with trouble shooting knowledge
