- Huawei PCRF (UPCC) service design and implementation.
- Preparing HLD/LLD and MOP.
- Commissioning core NEs and delivering ATP tests.

- Designing and implementing customer cabinet network.
- Configuring and integrating in-house workstations, servers and customer networking devices
including; Routers, Switches, Firewall and Load Balancers
- Troubleshooting network problems customer servers (Linux/Windows), circuits and
routing/switching equipment.
- Providing customers technical support and completing change requests within service level
agreement (SLA).
- Providing a secure network by implementing VPN technologies.
