Participate in the development of the policy statement
initiative in determining the policy and integrating the
policy statement with all subscribed international bodies
•I draft Budgeting for personal protective equipment (PPE),
and preparing technical tenders for new prospective
Clients in compliance with corporate policy and local
requirements
•I develop HSE Manual, HSE procedures, SOP, templates,
forms, etc.
•I Provide adequate risk assessment before the
commencement of non- routine task to outsourced workers
•I conduct Internal and external periodic audits
•I conduct all safety inductions to all new joiners and
related trainings to all the outsourced employees as
required by my clients
• Develop training matrix and conduct trainings on various
levels such as chemical handling, emergency response,
Lockout/Tagout, Defensive driving, Safe overhead crane
operation, firefighting etc.
•I monitor and inspect the Reheating Furnace (RHF)

Responsibilities:
•I Launched an effective Health and Safety Management
System during the construction of new 11/0.415kv Brick
Sandblasting of vessel (C4) line;
Changing and replacement of
a flare outer and inner burner
for sea water vessel, using a
500tonne (Johnson) mobile
crane; Revamping of substation
and Field Auxiliary room (FAR);
Construction of smoking shelter;
Construction of crash barriers
consisting of more than 150
employees without LTI.
Reinforcement of cement
concrete (RCC); Excavation of
a vessel line with a depth of
4meters down the ground for its
replacement.
Successfully Completed the
Shutdown activity of train-3
Gasco Ruwais;
Built Substations with associated 11KV/LV Feeder
Diversions and achieved zero lost time injury
•I Initiated Quality Assurance System, oversaw quality of
scaffold materials, subcontractor water proofing
practices; minimized operational losses and systematically
enhanced the quality of services delivered by 98%
•I Consistently deployed Risk Assessment tools prior to
commencement of any clients’ task, tactfully carried out
suitable and sufficient risk assessments, implemented
effective control measures and reduced risks as low as
reasonably practicable.
•I Proficiently developed Inspection and Safe Operational
procedures, carried out regular site-specific, identified
gaps and implemented to test the reliability of the
company’s Health and Safety Management System
•I Developed training matrix for the entire organization,
administered quarterly HSE training programs and closed
out all employees’ identified skill gaps.
•Monitoring the VHF cable testing
•I Championed Safe Systems of Work during the Al-Ruwais
and Mussafah-to-Al-Gwaifat High-way Road Extension
Projects, monitored all tasks including the erection of the
electrical streetlights, achieved zero lost time injury
•I Created a system for quarterly training of employees,
trained 57 employees on Defensive Driving Training (DDT),
Risk Management Strategies, and Safe System of Work.
•Developed Safety Improvement Plan for the entire
Business Unit, implemented Lagging and Leading
Indicators Management System, managed all HSE KPIs.
