Responsible for implementing various manufacturing standards, QA Functions and
Comply with GMP HACCP, ISO, SOP's and other quality and safety requirements.
Closely monitoring and examining each stage of the entire food production process.
Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time and in full and food is positively released.
In charge of archiving all quality related administrative records and then filing them.
Responsible for providing weekly and monthly food safety reports to senior
managers for corrective action implementation.
Making sure that food handlers follow documented procedures and standards.
Overseeing all food and food related items used during the process.
Ensuring that the working area is hazard free and kept clean and tidy at all times.
Participating in all safety related training workshops organised by the company.
Reporting any accidents, incidents, near misses, actual or potential problems with
food products to Senior Managers.
Monitoring all the quality parameters of Apple juice concentrate, Tetra Pack and PET Lines.
Monitoring all the parameters of raw materials and finished products.
Keeping sample records.
Conducting sensory analysis of finished products and keeping records of it.
Conduct Chemical and physical analysis of raw material and finished goods.
Daily documentation work according to ISO-22000.
Online inspection and checking at production line such as weight, seal and others.
Maintain Hygiene condition in every area of plant.
Daily report to Q.C. manager.
Other testing of water like as pH, Hardness, TDS, etc.
