Responsibilities:
• Assist HSE team for development of OHS policies, programs and manuals.
• Maintain the records of incidents/accidents that occur in the project
including detail analysis of each injury and damage.
• Coordinate & Train Staff to maintain and implement Safe System of Work
(PTW) and LOTO system.
• Continual monitoring for high risk activities like work at
height, scaffolding, confined space, lifting, electrical activities etc.
• Risk Management: Risk & Hazard Assessments.
• Emergency Response Plan including Emergency Rescue Exercise and
Emergency Evacuation Drill.
• Incident Management: Investigate, Reporting, Analyze trend and Review
effectiveness of recommendation.
• Permit, Regulatory & Safety Compliance.
• Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
• Closely observation to make sure those first aid welfare facilities properly
maintained.
• Ensure third party certification for all lifting equipment, calibration for
measurement tools, & PAT testing for electrical appliances.
• Monitoring of VAS, FAS and other testing activities carried out for third
party Certifications.
• Periodic inspection for service utilities rooms.
• Conducting Monthly inspections for firefighting and fire suppression
system.
• Crowd Management in order to ensure Safety of guest and visitors of
project.
• Promoting safety culture for operational and maintenance work within
the project.
• Monitoring all the Job activity at the site with OSH standard and
compliance with OSH policies and procedures.
• Prepare risk assessment for each work that has to carried out
• Ensure that necessary safety precaution has been taken before starting
any job.
• Inspection on daily of Power, electrical and mechanical tools used by the
worker to secure in good condition in order to avoid any unwanted
accident while commencing their job.
• Installation of safety signs, traffic control signs and other safety
promotion posters to remind workers to work safely and enhance safety
awareness among them.
• Review Lift Plan and Permit to work before any complex lift and ensure
that all lifting equipment, operators are trained, competent and certified.
• Maintain records of PTW’s to be available for auditing as required by
company standards
• Assist to Safety team for the Job Safety Environment Analysis and Risk
assessment for all working & practices at site
• Prepare & Submit daily safety reports / Inspection Reports.
• Worker and Staff awareness on health and safety within the organization
by conducting Toolbox Talk.
• To record and maintain a database of all inspections conducted to follow
up and identify corrective actions.
Arranging Toolbox Talk for workers.
• Maintain proper records of all inspection checklist
• Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly and safely.
• Ensuring all Required PPE’s are provided and properly worn.
• Advising Staff, colleagues of safe working practices.
• Carrying out site safety inductions. Identifying staff training
requirements.
• Supervision of all construction works on site.
• Periodically Inspection of all machineries and equipment.
• Daily inspection of scaffold.
• Make monthly inspection of moving equipment’s and fire extinguisher,
ladder etc.
