Control and coordinate arrival/departure of ships, maintain VHF Channels, monitoring the Terminal & Console and more related information alighnment.
Communicate on VHF Radio for IN/OUT bound vessel movement and guide them for safe navigation using VTS System, VHF, Coordinating, Arranging Pilots , Tugs, mooring gang, as per Port procedures. controlling, Marine movements.Broadcasting weather warnings, and AtoN, Notice to mariners, and many more port activities, etc.
• Execute the instructions of PM, Marine sptnds, and head offices.
• Control movement of all vessels engaged at project work on VHF
• Coordinate/arrange bunkering, loading /offloading, and towing operations at site.
• Obtain port clearances for in/out bound movements from Ports.Communicate
port controls through Email.
• Coordinate and supply, information and documents in relation of arrival/departure, such as USPAN,
Towage checklist, Q88 and vessel’s certificates to Mugharaq port./Delma island.
• Identification of prohibited, hazardous zones, and announce warnings to navigate with caution to
all water crafts.
• Detect, identify and Pass course correction from AIS System as and when needed by the vessels.
Configured and maintained Outlook account at end user and Server for internal and external mail communications with .
Installed Focus, Dragon HR/ACCOUNTING software in server and assigned permissions to authorised departments only.
Radar/Radio communication systems Operations & Observations.
Radio communication for Helicopters Arrival/Departure, and support Air Traffic Control
Support in safety, security and surveillance orders for men and material.
Maintaining proper documentations, departmental and civil correspondence with codes and refs.
Controlling and coordinating Aircraft Movement, ETD/ATD, ETA/ATA.
