 Organization and supervision of the supply chain ensuring timely and quality provision of supplies to the clients.
 Supervision of DG packing, temperature sensitive packing using gel packs.
 Monitoring of temp tales on case to case and per shipment basis and submitting the same to client.
 Monitoring and reporting of temp ranges in cold and temp sensitive products.
 Inventory management of controlled drugs.
 Arrangement and planning of reefer trucks to dispatch the products with time efficient and temp. controlled as per product, Authorities & customer requirements.
 To update KPIs / tracker to maintain daily shipments and compiling detailed reports on monthly basis.
 Responsible for planning and controlling shipment forecasts by supplier based on market demands and lead time.
 Process necessary import and export documentation based on logistics terms.
 Undertake annual stock and inventory checks.
 Planning and scheduling of outbound shipments by air, road or sea analyzing the cost of logistics related expenses, hence routing the shipment in the most economical way.
 Handle queries and respond appropriately to telephone calls and emails with solution.
 Communicate with multiple internal departments documentation, sea / air freight forwarding, pricing desk and transportation to deliver effective service and meet customer satisfaction
 Arranging chamber attestation, legalization & export declarations.
 Arranging for inspections with Intertek & SGS for Technical inspection reports, SASO certificates, technical conformity report & MSDS as per destination requirements.
