To ensure that HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works works comply as per Project Specifications, Latest Drawings and Project Procedures. To guide the construction team as per the requirement of specifications & ITPs. To highlight discrepancies and non conformances, and ensure that corrective and preventive actions have been taken. To ensure documentation has been carried out as per the project requirements.
Ensure full compliance of the MEP works in the site with the related approved procedure, shop drawings and Specifications.
Responsible for Preparation, implementation and updation of Project Quality plan, work instructions & ITPs.
Preparation of Welding Procedures as per ASME Sec. IX.
Coordinating inspections of HVAC, Plumbing & Frefighting works as per approved ITPs.
To highlight non compliances, close non compliances raised by the consultant and take corrective and preventive actions.
Witnessing & Recording results of precommissioning & Commissioning activities.
preparation of Handover documents.
