Preparation of ITPs and Method Statements, Preparation of Welding procedure and Coordinating for welder qualifications.
To help the construction team implementing various company procedures like material control, document control, welding procedures, consumables control etc. in the project and to the Sub contractors.
To ensure that Inspections are conducted as per the approved inspection and test plans (ITP).
To carry out inspections of all incoming materials and coordinate with consultant for approval.
To carry out Installation inspections and coordinate with consultant for approval.
Coordinating with construction team and external agencies for NDT testing of welds.
To carry out surveillance inspections and ensure that installation activities are as per approved procedures.
To raise non compliances, close non compliances raised by the consultant and take corrective and preventive actions.
To ensure that Equipment, measuring and testing instruments used at site are calibrated.
