Leading RBS 2000 series complete dismantling after site swap from RBS 2000 to RBS 6000
Leading dismantling of Txn links after PAT and successful traffic shifting
Responsible for secure picking of material from site and deliver to Ericsson Ware House after packing
Instructing WH to transport material to Warid WH for commercial rollout
Preparing/Managing Site Return Report and all the dismantling related trackers
Communicating with costumer and subcontractors for accomplishment of daily/monthly targets
Responsible for daily daytime/nighttime PARs (outage related activities) approval for RBS swap, Link upgrade, Power swap, Snag rectification, ATP after acquiring proper impact against each site
Preparing daily Post-PAR reports
Escalating daily deliverables (daily activity report (dismantling and PAR) and remaining target to management, after swap dismantling snaps to customer)
Leading Acceptance for 2G Swap and 3G rollout sites and Dismantling of old Alcatel Lucent equipment
Leading TSSR team, preparing daily Survey plans and aligning teams accordingly
Performing Technical Site Surveys of Macro and Micro Sites (Power, 3G and common)
Inspecting the BTS and Power Cabinet on site, tower loading and cable measurements
Maintaining Technical Site Survey Reports, Site Return Report and Evaluation Tracker
Performing Power SWAP, replacement of old rectifier with new Delta Rectifier and alarm verification
Performing Pre-SWAP Installation which includes installing RBS 6000, RRU's, Antenna installation
3G site surveys, installation, integration and rectification
LAN/WAN daily operations plus Router & switch configurations
Run and configure network cables, troubleshoot connectivity, & other related issues
LAN/WAN Troubleshootig, Design and implementation
Provide technical support to the staff
Maintenance of Windows Server 2003/2008 R2 Active Directory, Domain Controller
Reprting on every day end
My Duties & Responsibilities includes:
To produce quality product data as per daily targets
To remove errors in product data and get it QC(Quality Control) passed in less than 2 days
To follow product extraction standards (GSER) during production as set by the Data Processing Engineer
To suggest improvements in product data development
To help and maintain a positive working relationship with team members

PIA Engineering is an established Aircraft Maintenance and Repair organization that provides world-class solutions to the aviation industry.
I have worked in avionics department of PIA ENGINEERING for four weeks. There are three shops where the instruments of fleets are repaired, overhalled, calibrated and modified. The shops are as follows:
Instrument shop
Radio shop
Electrical shop
I have attended all above workshops and learn how to maintain the instruments of fleets.
My MBA is in progress, right now i am learning different aspects and subjects of business and aim to major in management.
