Roles and Responsibilities
* Post the details of the invoice in the computer software and the expected date of payment against it
* Send reminders, notices to head accountant for disbursement of amount against invoice before the due date
* In case of inability to make payment, inform the vendor to get the credit period extended
* Confirm the terms of payment with the vendor. Accordingly, make arrangements for payment of bills
* Ensure the payments received from the customer on or before the due date and purged as per the agreed SLA
time lines
* Ensure to resolve all the issues disputed invoices and collect the payment on or before the due date
* Holding weekly calls with site finance and program team to discuss on the top drivers for the week and plan
the course of action to have the Past due invoices collected
* Should maintain the team AR past due numbers below 1.75%
* Segregation of work within the team to ensure smooth process to adhere to the timelines
* Sharing the best practices to develop the team
* Constantly working with the sites for meeting the SLA
