Ensure that all documentation is correctly completed such as the Log, outlining the fault, method of repair, time, Labor and materials used to support availability of information.
Manage all emergency breakdowns and provide prompt corrective action to ensure plant availability,
Develop and promote a condition based preventive maintenance culture on day to day basis by conducting troubleshooting and root cause analyses.
Troubleshoot critical problems/breakdowns of instrumentation and control (I&C) systems and investigate, Diagnose faults to determine best proper action/repairs while ensuring they comply with HSE standards.
Review and analyze I&C system maintenance data and conduct site engineering studies to determine the feasibility of introducing modifications to increase reliability and efficiency of plant, thereby ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
•Prepare feasibility studies for new installations, replacements or repair of existing I&C systems including technical evaluation, specifications and materials for modifications in addition to process diagrams and cost estimates and ensure proper follow up reports and evaluation on completed modifications.
•Check & validate final design documentation, parts lists and drawings according to design & contract requirements, to ensure completeness & accuracy.
•Generating technical control and instrumentation specifications and designs to my company standards. Perform MFD (P&ID) review, SIL review, HAZOP, Control/design philosophy review.
•Generating technical specifications and designs along with my company standards.
•Practical experience and know-how of Instrument and Control Engineering.
•Downtime analysis and practical knowledge of problem solving tools.
• CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System, good knowledge of SAP Template desirable)
•Project management, understanding of preventative/predictive maintenance theory.
•Mentoring, coaching and management, planning, organizing, and integration skills
•Team work and effective collaboration.
•(PLC, DCS, SCADA, Embedded, C++, C#, Arduino, PIC "Microcontroller") programming.
•Mikrotik network.
