Internet maintenance and upgrading, structural design of Network installing and integration, troubleshooting
System upgrading and servicing record reporting to Assistant IT Director
Running operation Application Server, DNS & DHCP Server, Firewall
Assist the guest room internet (252 rooms) in Ramada Jumeirah and guest rooms 172 in Ramada Dubai. Also manage and support technical assist to the administration department's internet and Application system.
System Configuration, PC Assembling & Maintaining, User point system error solving. System Software Application Installation & Fixing, Network configuration & Maintaining. LAN & WAN, Proxy Server, Mail Server, DNS, DHCP setting and Configuration with Window Server 2008. Head of user support section and Assign the other technical competent duties.
Monthly IT inventory and consumable report to Assistant IT Director
Follow up the IT contingency policy
Daily, Weekly and monthly IT incident report to Assistant IT Director and General Manager
Guest Internet & Wireless training to all departments and HOD
Project Management control
Responsibility to resolve guest’s complaint & departments office complaints and also have to care and serve Fedelio & Opera, Micros ERP hotel system. Have to repair and structure Networking and telephone issue. PABX system ALCATEL and using software SMARTEL.

System Administrator :
System Configuration, PC Assembling & Maintaining, User point system error solving. System Software Application Installation & Fixing, Network configuration & Maintaining. LAN & WAN, Proxy Server, Mail Serverand Microsoft Outlook, DNS, DHCP, SQL setting and Configuration with Window Server 2003 & Windows Server 2008. Have to solve problem of Mac Os and Window’s Xp, 2000, Vista and 7.Head of user support section and Assign the other technical competent duties. Have the knowledge of installation and maintain to ERP system as like Business Management System, Focus and Telos. Purchasing the computerized accessories to suppliers.
Store : Delivery receiving, Stock Inventory, Issuing to Department, Monthly Issue & Receiving Report to Accounts Manager. Calculation to Stock inventory consumption for Main Kitchen at the month end. Post the invoices to System.
Purchasing : Check the requirement of store & take the request order from particular departments. And then I have to create the Local Purchase Order by system after that through order to supplier by FAX. Create the Market List Items (Daily use for Kitchen). Prices checking and negotiate with suppliers.
