*Responsible for providing efficient reception for guests, including check-in/out, answering phones, making reservations, transmitting and receiving messages.
*Provide professional as well as friendly and professional customer service at all times.
*Collect payments and run various reports for management to ensure policies and procedures were maintained.
*Answer telephonic and in-person queries related to the hotel services and resolve any issues.
*Liaise with other departments of the hotel.
