Key Accounts and Business Development Management
* Handling different Key Accounts all across the Region such as Lulu Hypermarket (UAE), Qatar Duty
Free (QATAR), Al Ghanim Electronics (KUWAIT), … (Previously in charge of UAE and Oman Markets)
* Handling a portfolio of 200+ products : Electronics and Lifestyle gadgets
* Developing our business and Market share by appointing new Distributors or by dealing directly with
retailers/hypermarkets all over the MENA Region.
* Performing Wholesale deals all around the world.
* Establishing a real partnership between Merlin Digital and the Power retailers/Hypermarkets in the
MENA Region.
* Negotiating entry/listing fees, margins and all terms & conditions
* Performing follow up of the order with respect to delivery schedule & advice retailer accordingly.
* Monitoring sales and gross profit with retailer: weekly sales report.
* Monitoring ageing stock: weekly stock report, and actions taken accordingly.
* Developing a Sales Action Plan according to stock rotation and new product launch.
* Developing and proposing technical training product to our Partner’s sales team.
* Identifying problems from retailers, reviewing information, analysing options and applying solutions.
* Following up the market, competition and establishing price survey.
