• Helping to ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the title by being involved in the coordination and monitoring the production of the magazine, respect of deadlines, and the overall production cycle.
• Assisting the Managing Editor in all production-related tasks
• Contributing to the writing of leads, captions and headlines.
• Ensuring that visuals are submitted according to the brand’s guidelines and adhere to the deadlines, and contributing to the selection of artwork to enhance the message of the articles.
• Help in planning the coming issues of the magazine during the Editorial meeting, maintaining the editorial worksheets, writes synopsis.
• Liaising with and briefing freelancers on the articles commissioned and ensuring they submit correct copy in terms of deadlines and quality.
• Providing support to fellow team members whenever necessary: finding contacts, facilitating interviews, helping with research, etc.
• Coordinating fellow team members’ business trips, ensuring that interview questions are ready and adequate, and that the team is properly briefed/organized.
• Writing social articles, conducting interviews related to women's achievements / issues
• Editing articles from fellow team members and freelancers as per process.
• Attending trips, events and social functions relevant to the magazine when required.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with all departments, liaising with Design, Digital, Marketing and Sales.

• Supervising all editorial content posted on the website of Marie Claire Arabia
• Brainstorming with the editors to improve the content of the MCA website
• Working with the Editor in Chief to develop the layout and structure of the magazine
• Assisting the Business Development department in coming up with ideas for sponsored content and collaborations.

- Managing the PR & communications-related aspects of the aforementioned exhibitions, including: organizing relevant press conferences, working in close contact with agencies, communicating with the Media & the Press, overseeing the dispatch of all collateral, etc
- Working in close contact with the Marketing & Design departments to ensure the timely production and delivery of all show-related collateral.
