Answering phone and reroute the call to the appropriate person
•Encoding, printing, filing, faxing etc
•Develop and maintain a filing system
•Verifying emails and attachments such as RFQ, RFI etc.
•Ensuring all subcontracts are in appropriate and labeled with a tag
•Updating Open Commitment report
•Liaison in every Subcontract administrator
Placing orders, checking invoices, updating inventory, bar coding, arranging
•Keep track records of the expired products and the near expiry products
•Preparing GRV’s for the expired and damaged products
•Keeping the proper arrangements of the products and shelves replenishing
•Answering incoming calls and provide appropriate information to the caller
•Sales In-charge in cosmetics and skincare products
Manage emails, calls, and sorting hotline online complain
•Checking and sending customer’s electronic damaged item to the service center
•Ensures Extended Warranty are performed accurately and rules has been strictly applied
•Executes GRV for the damage and return items and handle weekly, monthly report
•Keep track LPO’s, deliveries, and for repaired device
•Invoicing and issuing repair slip
Greeting and attending visitors, sorting emails, calls, sending and receiving fax
•Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls
•Answers query and take information properly to give a call whenever its needed
•Maintain security measures by following company procedures (logbook, badges)
•Office supplies adequately stocked, monitoring, and ordering
•Keeping records of the company
•Organize and maintain the reception area tidy
