Prepare/compile/organize all QA related documentations. Prepare procedure and map processes in flowcharts. Prepare Monitoring files to record quality inspection results and track progress of works.
Ensure the procedures/documentations are released, controlled and updated on a regular basis.
Ensure complete compliance with the Contractual Specifications.
Assist the QA/QC Manager in the document review prior submission to the Consultant.
Involved with the preparation, review and tracking of Space Handover IR/documentations.
Perform quality control inspection for the equipment installation of telecommunications and security systems. Report on findings and detected nonconformities to Managers and Site engineers for immediate action.
Assist in the site installation inspection with Consultant and Site Engineer. Coordinate inspection site requirements with relevant managers and site engineers and prepare report of inspection.
Perform Inspection of Incoming materials delivered at the warehouse, report non-conformities stating disposition as coordinated with Engineering Department.
Report on quality incidents and product non-conformities detected on site in reference to specified quality requirements and criteria to be submitted to quality manager and construction manager.
Support Project Main Contractor in the preparation of Installation Inspection Open Snag Closure Report to be submitted to Consultant for ITR close out as one of Redline Station Handover Requirement.
Maintain/ Update Inspection Request Monitoring Log of SAS/ELV system, Technical Room, Electrical Room and Plant Room to be forwarded to Quality Manager and Senior Engineers.
Prepare assigned area progress report to be forwarded to Management.
Review document and drawings relevant to the site to be inspected by site QC Engineers and Sr. QC Engineers.
Monitor status of Inspection Reports (IR) and raise pending IRs’ for resubmission to consultant.
Evaluate Inspection Request (IR) for completeness of required and approved attachments/documents, drawings and as-built drawings prior to submission to Consultant.
Establish/Maintain/Update Monitoring Log of Inspection Request for SAS/ELV system as per zone area to be inspected.
