Wholly owned by Mubadala, the Capital Health Screening Centre provides certified medical visa testing, occupational health and Emirates ID services. Reporting to Head of Business Development, I led and oversaw the commercial planning and execution of the sales strategy while specializing in new business development and market expansion that mainly includes:
▪ Targeting and penetrating a competitive market. Selling hundreds of corporate accounts and converted many customers from competitor services.
▪ Communicating a clear, strategic sales vision, effectively training and coaching both veteran and junior sales team members.
▪ Combining entrepreneurial drive with business-management skills to drive gains in revenue, market share & profit performance.
▪ Cultivating excellent relationships with new prospects and existing customers.
▪ Revived struggling operation from being able to reach their targets to a turnaround success story. Revamped pricing strategy, implemented effective promotional strategies, trained a high-performance sales team and helped boost corporate image.
▪ Expanded Client base by 60% while doubling annual sales volume within two years, growing sales from $24 million in 2014 to $50 million in 2016. Clients enrolled in the organization include Al Futtaim Group, Al Shaya, Majid Al Futtaim, National Drilling Company, etc…

▪ Improved the corporate’s receivable turnover ratio by implementing and enhancing a credit policy that enhances payment security while setting credit evaluation scores and limits for all clients.
