‒ Providing reports and recommending process improvements.
‒ Developing the baggage hall SOP’s, that supports all company operations, updating when required and
formulating and implementing operations policy and procedures.
‒ Monitoring SLA’s and performance of ground handlers, airlines, customs and GID for baggage processes.
