· Responsible for the general administration of office operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reception, administrative and clerical support; dealing with the Company's many public;
• Maintain everyday cleanliness using the company car and safe driving.
• Keeping diary on daily basis and records updated like mobiles and office tools.
• Manage all outdoor tasks such as payments of invoices, bank related tasks, DU, Water, Electricity and deliver new visa or cancellations to airport-immigration.

• Checking on PO Box for mails, subscribe magazines, parcels packages and notices.

• Provide professional secretarial support to senior management, including maintaining confidentially, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• To assist and process employees for contract signing, medical, UAE ID, passport renewal with visa arrangements in embassies or KSA visa done in VFS centers.
• Other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations related to matters with CEO, Administrative and Human Resources team.
• Assign and provide IT support issuing laptop & new du mobile, setup email accounts, installing software and maintaining office tool repairs.
• Served as Fire Warden, to observe safety protocols and to ensure all occupants evacuate the premises in case of any fire emergency and trained First Aider.

Attended all drivers and visitors, handle inquiries and direct them to appropriate persons.

• Reviews and proofread documents.
• Compose and type business correspondence, internal memoranda, circulars and notices.
• Arranged travel itineraries, ticket bookings and accommodations of the employees.
