Summary of job Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition
• Responsible for end to end hiring process for Manufacturing Plant & both Business Units
• Strengthening Talent Acquisition capability for India
• Build organization capability with competency based executive search
• Strategic initiatives to build brand management for attracting high quality talent
• Develop recruitment sourcing strategy including direct sourcing, agency usage, campus programs,
Employee Referral Programs, Internal Job Posting, leveraging social media etc.
• Preparing multi-level career paths for establishing succession planning model
• Supporting talent planning, talent review discussion and talent management processes
• Campus Recruitment
Strategic workforce Planning and HR Budgeting
• Discuss Strategic Workforce Plans with the Functional Heads and forecast hiring needs
• Carry out the annual HR Budgeting exercise and get the same approved by the Business Head
• Implement Business Plan and monitor performance against Budget.
Compensation and Benefits
• Lead global compensation projects and improvement of existing HR processes
• Interaction with Global Consulting firm, Mercer & Towers Watson team to understand India C&B
• Study market trends in the relevant industry and develop rewards strategy for the Business
• Lead communication with employees and managers’ training on reward related topics
• Responsible to maintain India C&B and monitor it with help of Bentrack system. Review country benefit plans and propose Global C&B Leader with recommendations to keep C&B competitive at market place.
• Provide support to HR Business Partners regarding compensation issues, evaluating new positions, grade levels, promotions and transfers
• Responsible for Global mobility
Performance Management
• Roll-out and support of the global performance management system
• Maintaining a “Performance Driven” culture through consistent and fair application of PMS.
• Quarterly review of performance of employees, identifying personal development plan of employee along with Team Leader and define action plans in discussion with Business Managers
Learning & Development
• Strategize training and development plans in line with Business strategy; monitor implementation, validate training effectiveness in order to ensure delivery of effective training & development inputs to build team and leadership capabilities.
• To support learning and development needs of the individual and organization and deliver the same through internal and external partners to enhance knowledge and skills
Attrition Management
• Conduct exit interviews for all levels, analyse exit findings and take corrective action
Employee Engagement
Design and implementation of HR process & policies of the Company.
Facilitate open communication in the organisation to promote openness and transparency.

Talent Acquisition :
• Recruitment at Senior Management Level, Middle level, R&D and entry level through headhunting, dealing with hiring agencies, newspaper, web advertisement
• Proactively assess & measure Organisation's Short & Long Term Manpower requirements and facilitate its recruitment in time.
