1. Responsible for maintaining building systems and coordinating general maintenance works with the contracted Facility maintenance
2. Maintain the facilities to a high standard of workmanship and comply the company policies and procedures.
3. Manage inventory and ensure timely receiving and issuing of materials in accordance with procedures
4. Preparation of ISO documentation and Certified.
5. Ensure subordinates and contractors comply with safety, discipline and work procedures according to rules and regulations.
6. Lead and manage the team of technicians for performance enhancement.
7. Take care of the Local purchase of spares.
8. Provides service training to team members.
9. Capability to prepare BOQ and knowledge in bidding.
10. Prepare, monitor and control periodical maintenance schedule for company facilities and equipment’s
11. Setting of Maintenance strategy, plans and annual budgets in line with the facilities operational plan and policy framework.
12. Schedules, monitors and conducts preventive maintenance and repair.
13. Assists in obtaining quotations and negotiating new maintenance and service contracts.
14. Participates in tenant’s coordination meetings
15. Perform other duties as assigned by superior(s) from time to time
16. Warehouse experience.
17. Team player and work independently with minimal supervision
18. Knowledge of all building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, firefighting system, BMS, Access control and Hunter irrigation system.
19. Willing to work overtime

VFD units.
• Parameter settings in Operator panel by using communication cable.
• Control operations based on PLC in VFD Application.
• Parameters monitoring and Maintenance for 3 No of 1275 KVA
Generator.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Sacmi press (2390, 3590), Sacmi
kiln (180mts long), Sacmi press (profibus)
• Reactive and PPM maintenance.
• Troubleshooting in Hydraulics and Pneumatics machines.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting in Dry Milling Plant (DMP)
• Troubleshooting in PIGMILL driven by 132kw motor.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting in PENDULARMILL driven by 200kw motor.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting in SPRAY DRIER.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of press loading conveyer controlled by PLC.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting in BALL MILL driven by 110kw
motor.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of vertical and horizontal dryers
BURNERS controlled by PLC.
• Maintenance of squaring (keda.)
• Maintenance of Water Chillers unit.
• Maintenance of dust collector unit.
