- Greet visitors and make sure all callers and visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously and. accurately
- Ensure visitors are made comfortable, met on a timely basis by their host, and shown to the appropriate room.
- Route incoming telephone calls, take messages and answer incoming queries
- Maintain visitor and caller logs.
- Receive deliveries and coordinate outside delivery/courier services with the help of Office administrators
- Answer queries from visitors and callers, and refer them to the appropriate person
- Perform general maintenance of the reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing faxes
- Ensure mail and faxes are distributed to the appropriate person accurately and promptly
- Contact the new medical network providers, prepare the contracts & signing them.
- Contacts the current medical network providers, knowing their satisfaction and solving any problems they are facing.
- Receiving medical claims and sorting them according to companies and then entering them into the system.
- Working to update the medical network provider’s information periodically.
- Responsible for all the data entry team.
- Supervise and support data Entry employees.
- Provide daily support to claim staff on claim managing and filing activities.
- Maintain the work plan and coordinate with other departments
- Prepare monthly claims reports
- Manages the monthly Petty Cash of the company.
- Responsible for the stock of stationary and inventory in the company.
- Manage the monthly bills payments such as : electricity, phone, etc
Responsible for final auditing for ministry of health claims.
Printing details for providers and answering their quires.
Data entry.
Provide daily support to claim staff on claim managing and filing activities.
Answers inquiries from health service members regarding their claims
Responsible for employee's attendance & Employee’s payrolls and social security.
Preparing human resource reports.
Sending and receiving Faxes and all executives' duties handed to me.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Responsible for employee's attendance, employee's payrolls.
