Operate, and maintain IP network delivering IP data, voice and video to deployed customer access network.
Provide IP network support of new and existing services and features.
Troubleshoot IP network problems quickly and help provide sound engineering solutions by maintaining deep knowledge of IP network and GPON Network architecture, topology, and up-to-date configuration details
Daily network operation and monitoring all core network and getting a call from customers for
remote support ( customer networks, voice, data, internet )
Handling all service delivery along with projects
Daily network task operation with other department ( Core network platform, Voice, GPON )
Managing activity in daily bases and assign task & T.T to the team and distribute the work order
between the other departments.
Handling installation / support visit / services delivery such internet, data voice, router &
switches installation.
