• Providing complete Functionally training to student regarding all aspect of SD/LE/MM in Q2C Process.
• Performing System Integration Testing (SIT) as a Green Field Project (ECC to S4Hana Cloud transformation with Activate SAP Methodology) is in progress.
• Conducting Meetings with Power Users and Implementer Consultant to Fit all the Gaps in OTC, LE, TM processes.
• Performing System Integration Testing (SIT) against all the OTC/LE/TM processes.
• Integration of multiple processes with third party software POS (Fletchers Insulation Business Sale Portal) to SAP and vice versa, Using iDoc Technique.
• Business Portal is integrated regarding business partners, payments, sale Process (OTC, B2B, Third Party Sale etc.), and vice versa.
• Monitoring of Errors/Emails/Integrated Tasks on Implementation process.
• Provide complete Functionally/Technically training to the specified/nominated consultant (Designated as SAP IS-Retail Consultant) to understand SAP Processes, System Configuration, Runtime Errors and Data/Information Flow in between Integrated modules and Third-Party Integrated Processes.
• Resolving multiple Tickets relevant to different scope of work.
• Monitoring errors updated from Third Party via iDoc technique.
• Maintenance of prices of retail products on daily basis.
• Comparison statements preparation for Price change on monthly basis.
• Providing complete Functionally/Technically support to the organization for System Configuration, Runtime Error resolving through configurational and training end user regarding SD/LE/MM/FI Modules.
• Resolving multiple addressed Issues regarding appointed scope of work
• Integration of multiple processes with third party software (IFS) to SAP and vice versa.
• IFS was integrated regarding business partners, payments, consignment process, sale Process, and stock transfer (to own outlet & franchise dealers) and vice versa.
• On hand POS experience:
o Conducted multiple session with vendor to configure/develop a new POS system on multiple dealerships.
o Deployed all requirements, limitations, authorization controls as per end user JD roles and integrate with govt. tax portal (FBR).
o Complete the Documentation of complete projects (includes blue prints, process flows, ERDs, User manuals etc.).
o Conducted all Integration, Unit, User Acceptance Testing,
o Support end users in run-time errors/modifications/customizations etc.
• Major Reports:
o Sale report on the bases of customer payments (Partial, Complete Payment) (contains order in-takes and many more).
o A huge report to evaluate Actual Sales of years, Months, Cancel Orders, Order in flow, Order In takes, Available Stocks etc.
• Major Applications:
o Tracking Application for Dispatched Invoices to Customer.
o Application to Allocate Automatic Vehicles to all Sale orders as per vehicle requirements on FIFO bases.
• Monitoring of Errors/Emails/Integrated Tasks on daily bases.
• As a SD consultant I've also performed/resolve the queries of other modules:
o CRM/CX: Integration of Complete Customer Relationship Management process with IFS.
o MM/WM: Master Data Maintenance, Run-time Error resolving regarding complete MM Processes, Training conduction of new end users regarding MM processes.
o FICO: All sales relevant integrated accounting entries. Costumer Ledgers/Payments issues resolving on end users’ wrong entries, Customer Ledger Balancing Documents guidance to end users.
o BASIS: New IDs creations for new end users, Security password controlling, Authorization control (Transaction Codes, Objects, Roles) as per end user JDs.
o PP: Integrated MTO process configuration.
o IFS: Third Party tool integration with SAP for multiple dealerships countrywide.
o ABAP: Can understand coding regarding ALV, SFs, can amend few changes as required.
• Provide complete Functionally/Technically training to the specified/nominated consultant (Designated as SAP Analyst) to understand SAP Processes, System Configuration, Runtime Errors and Data/Information Flow in between Integrated modules (SD/LE/FI/MM).
• Resolve multiple Tickets relevant to different scope of work.
• Executed data migration from legacy system to different environments, including uploads of multiple master data (customers, materials and prices) and transactional data using LSMW.
• Enhancement of a comprehensive SD authorization profile matrix.
• Simulation development of training manuals for new processes with ancile uPerform.
• Finalization of special reporting requirements and their format designs.
• Developed critical reports relevant to CO-SD Recon, FI-SD Recon, and PP-SD Recon.
• SAP SD review of TGIL business processes (BBP, Addendum, AS-IS Document, User Manuals, FSF and Requirements).
• Greenfield implementation SAP S4/HANASD OTC (order to cash) lifecycle.
• Conduct requirement gathering session and understanding TGIL user’s problem while using SAP.
• Fit-Gap analysis of TGIL business process mapping into SAP SD.
• Drafted functional requirement specifications (FRS’s) for customer master, quotation processing, sales order processing, billing returns processing, contract and backorder processing.
• Preparation of conceptual documents for SAP go-live.
• Executed data migration from legacy system to different environments, including uploads of multiple master data (customers, materials and prices) and transactional data using LSMW, LTMC.
